Conrad reserves the right to approve, delay, or refuse any registration at its sole discretion.

By registering, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of managing your account, verifying your identity, and communicating property opportunities that match your stated requirements.

2) Purpose of Access

3) Confidentiality & Use of Information

  • You agree to treat all property details, addresses, ownership information, pricing, plans, and related material (“Confidential Information”) as strictly confidential.
  • You must not share, forward, publish, or disclose any Confidential Information to third parties, except to professional advisors bound by similar confidentiality duties and only as required for due diligence.
  • You must not contact vendors, agents, or any other party connected to a property introduced by Conrad without our prior written consent.

4) Intellectual Property

All property listings, images, floor plans, brochures, and documents shared through this website remain the intellectual property of Conrad. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

5) Buyer’s Fee

If you (or any associated company, nominee, or connected party) proceed to acquire any property introduced through this website, you agree that a buyer’s fee of 2% plus VAT of the final purchase price is payable to Conrad on completion.
This applies whether the purchase is made directly or indirectly and whether or not you were previously aware of the property.

6) Non-Circumvention

You agree not to circumvent or attempt to bypass Conrad in any transaction connected to a property introduced through this platform. Any approach, negotiation, or purchase with a vendor or related party introduced by Conrad will incur the agreed buyer’s fee.

7) Term & Termination

This Agreement shall remain in force until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice to the other.
All confidentiality, non-circumvention, and fee obligations will continue to apply in respect of any introductions or information made available prior to termination.

8) Associated Parties

These Terms apply to you and to any entity or individual associated with you, including companies, nominees, partners, or family members acting on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring their compliance.

9) Termination of Access

Conrad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or revoke your access at any time if we believe these Terms have been breached or for any other reason at our discretion.

10) Marketing Communications

By registering, you consent to receiving relevant property updates and communications from Conrad. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in our emails.

11) Limitation of Liability

Conrad shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from your use of this website, the information provided, or any property introductions, except where required by law.
